Farshad Mohammadi has previously worked in several high-achieving and successful schools as a Senior Leader, Consultant, Inspector, Deputy Headteacher, and Headteacher in both the United Kingdom and the Middle East; he has also once worked as a senior adviser to a minister for education in the UK. Farshad started his career as a main scale teacher holding an Advanced Skill Teacher (AST) qualification, which only an elite number of teachers in the UK obtain. He then progressed to becoming second in charge and then soon the head of the department. Farshad is passionate about education and helping students achieve their academic best. With a keen eye for detail, diligence and outstanding leadership, Farshad is determined to offer his students unwavering and lasting support towards their studies and future career goals.

He teaches across A-Level, GCSE, Key Stage 3, IB, and IELTS. Dr Bush is committed to developing his students’ abilities in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. His goal is to help learners produce high-quality essays, master exam techniques, engage with challenging texts insightfully, and communicate in English with fluency and sophistication. His teaching style is clear, interactive, and student-focused, underpinned by care, respect, and professionalism- values that define both his classroom approach and his broader outlook on life.

Elbin is a highly skilled Science Teacher and Chemist who believes in making chemistry accessible and engaging for students. His classroom environment is characterised by enthusiasm, curiosity, and a commitment to fostering critical thinking skills. Elbin owned a master's degree in chemistry-Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and four years of fruitful research in Biochemicals and Therapeutics as part of his PhD. He emphasises active learning techniques such as group discussions, problem-solving exercises, and laboratory experiments to engage students in the learning process. Elbin is known for his patience and dedication to helping students overcome challenges in mastering complex topics. Outside of academia, Elbin enjoys hiking, gardening, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. He is also an avid reader and loves exploring the intersection of science and literature.

Sahar Yazdanpanah is a dedicated Science educator with over nine years of teaching experience. She is currently completing her Secondary Teacher Training (ITT) in the UK at Duke’s Secondary School through Best Practice Network. Sahar specialises in delivering engaging, student-centred Science lessons across Chemistry, Physics, and general Science, with a strong focus on inclusive practice and differentiation. She holds a Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification, enabling effective support for students with SEN and additional learning needs. Sahar was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2015 for excellence in teaching and curriculum innovation and is passionate about inspiring students to achieve their full academic potential.

Sheena's proven track record in the classroom reflects her commitment to making complex concepts accessible and fostering a deep appreciation for Mathematics. He seeks to make the field accessible to all students by leading with patience and enthusiasm in the classroom. Having had experience teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds and EAL students, Meli is committed to equity in education and is ready to provide the necessary support for all students to succeed. Beyond the classroom, Meli continues to seek knowledge habitually, having a passion for history, languages and literature, but also has a deep love for sports.

Maryam is a passionate and knowledgeable science teacher. She gained a BSc in medical genetics from the Queen Mary University of London in 2010; she then completed a Master’s degree in Reproductive Biology at Edinburgh University. Following this, she joined Professor Darren Griffin's laboratory at Kent university to get her PhD in genetics. During her PhD training, she built a strong background in Genetics, Reproductive biology, developmental biology, Molecular biology and interaction between genes and nutrients. She has been fortunate to collaborate with several research institutes such as Guy’s and St Thomas hospital in London and the JSR genetics centre. Maryam has published several scientific papers in science journals. Maryam decided to change her career direction and undertook Science PGCE with Kingston University. Maryam worked at numerous schools in London and became an honorary research associate at UCL university to promote research strategies focused on enhancing student learning through effective teaching practices. In her free time, she enjoys reading, travelling and art.

Jamal teaches Business and Computer Science, with a passion for equipping students with practical knowledge and critical thinking skills. Outside of teaching, they enjoy running and exploring new places, which supports a balanced and energetic approach to their work.

She has taught science in UK secondary and sixth-form schools, delivering KS3 and KS4 Science and A Level Biology. Zainab has extensive experience supporting practical science across KS3–KS5, including work in mainstream and SEN settings, and is particularly committed to inclusive teaching and supporting EAL/ESL and SEND learners.

Following her degree, Nazrin progressed onto to completing a PGCE at the well renowned Institute of Education at University College London. Following the completion of her postgraduate studies, she received a letter of commendation by the head of the PGCE team for securing top grades in her assignments and her excellent work in her placement. Alongside her academic credentials, Nazrin possesses a wealth of English teaching experience as she has extensively taught English to a range of students from primary school all the way up to A Level.
