SCHOOL TUITION & FEES

At iBOS, we provide a high-quality British education online, offering flexibility for families while maintaining the highest academic standards. Tuition is payable annually for each student enrolled and covers all school operations, including teaching staff salaries, benefits, educational resources, and the maintenance of our digital learning environment. 

At iBOS, we provide study options across all year groups in the following formats:

  • Full Package – a complete curriculum for each year group.
  • Core Package – a streamlined set of essential subjects (available from Year 3 to Year 13).
  • Single Subject (A-Level only) – available for Years 12–13 (Sixth Form), allowing students to take individual A-Level courses.

Tuition fees vary according to the year level. Fees are quoted per academic year (three terms) or as modular termly payments:

The registration fee is a non-refundable, one-off payment for all new enrolments. Payment is due when student application forms are submitted.

The private capital levy fee (non-refundable and non-transferable) is an annual voluntary contribution to cover the School’s capital expenditures. These funds are used for maintaining the School’s facilities. The capital voluntary levy fee is in addition to the tuition fee stated above and is paid in full.

The corporate sponsor voluntary capital levy fee is £1,500.

Students enrolling later during the academic year will be charged tuition on a pro-rated basis as follows:

  • Up to 2 weeks of attendance = 50% of term fees.
  • More than 2 weeks = 100% of the term fees.

For early withdrawals, the school requires a one-term written notice of the intention to leave. Please see our Admission Policy.

Discounts are available for families and/or financial sponsors with more than two children enrolled at the School.
These discounts apply to the youngest child(ren) first:

  • 10% discount on tuition for the third child;
  • 15% discount on tuition for the fourth child;
  • 25% discount on tuition for the fifth child and more.

A tuition rebate is granted to any referring family who brings in a new family to register a student. The rebate consists of 5% of the new child’s annual tuition and will be applied to the referring family’s tuition bill.

It only applies to NEW families. (Returning students are excluded. Additional students of a sponsoring family are excluded. Corporate sponsors are excluded.

The rebate is applied to the following term after the new student’s enrolment.

  • 1st Term – by or before the 11 August
  • 2nd Term – by or before 17 November
  • 3rd Term – by or before 8 March
  1. All fees are quoted in United Kingdom Sterling Pounds.
  2. Tuition fee is due by the dates indicated unless the Principal of the School approves other arrangements. Following the due date, late payment charges of 11.5% will be applied after 7 days of non-payment. If the tuition fee remains unpaid after 20 days (about 3 weeks), parents are informed only to send their child/children to School once the term fees are paid in full.
  3. All dishonoured cheques will incur a charge of £100 and late payment penalties in addition to all bank charges levied against the School.
  4. Payments can be made by:
     *By direct deposit to the School’s bank account. Contact the School at finance@ibos.education for details of the School’s bank account.
    * When depositing small GBP denominations, the bank levies a charge. The School shall take no responsibility for this charge.
  5. When making payments directly to the School’s bank account, please provide the office with a copy of the bank transfer that will enable us to record and receive your payments. Please note that the School is not responsible for bank transfer charges. Any charges incurred by the School for incoming transfers will be debited to parents.
  6. Refunds for withdrawals will apply only after submitting a written notification to the School. Refunds apply to tuition fees only. Refunds shall be made by bank transfers. The School does not take responsibility for bank charges.
  7. A student will be re-enrolled for the next year only if any outstanding fees are cleared.
  8. Transactions conducted through financial platforms like PayPal will incur an extra 4% commission fee.

Enrolment fee – £995
