Although parking is a premium, we are well serviced by public transport, and our offices are just a few minutes walk from Clapham Common underground station.

The Governors at International British Online School have an exciting opportunity to recruit an School Administrator and Executive Assistant to join this successful and thriving school. Our teachers broadcast lessons from our school here in London, where lessons are delivered via live and interactive online video-links to pupils worldwide. Each teacher has an analyst available to them so that each student’s progress, attainment, and attitude towards learning is monitored during lessons. Weekly reports are available at the students’ learning dashboard, which is also accessible to parents. Performance of each student is evaluated by our school on a regular basis, using a wealth of tools and resources, to ensure that a first-class education is provided, building confident contributing members of society with a love of learning and a desire to continue into higher education.

As per the School’s safeguarding policy, once you have been invited for an interview, the school will contact your referees to obtain references prior to the interview. We will undertake an enhanced DBS check for this position. We will not let you commence until these checks, along with full medical clearance, are complete. The IT and Multimedia Officer will provide a high level of organisation and order to our multimedia practices, have outstanding knowledge of IT and ICT, and further develop the use of data at all levels across the school. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, follows instructions, likes to take on new projects, and someone who can provide innovative solutions to different problems. We are keen to invest in fresh graduates and bright new talent to start at the grass roots of our company and learn the ropes, and to gain exceptional work experience, while continually building and improving on their reputation as a valuable member of the team.
