Exam registration

Choose the session, the papers and where to sit, then add the student’s details. The Exams Office checks the registration and sends an invoice; the entry is made once it is paid. No payment is taken on this page.

What to know first.

Who Should Use This Form

Students enrolled at iBOS, or their parents. Private candidates must not register here: they email exams@ibos.education first, and the Exams Officer confirms availability before anything is booked.

What You Need

Have these ready before you start.

  • The student’s full name and date of birth

  • The student’s Pearson candidate number, if they have one

  • A parent’s email address and WhatsApp number

  • The city where the student will sit, if hosted elsewhere

  • Any access arrangements, such as extra time

How Payment Works

No payment is taken on the form. The Exams Office checks the registration and sends an invoice for the papers chosen; the entry is made with Pearson once it is paid, before the entry deadline. Prices are per paper and depend on where the student sits.

Deadlines and Late Entries

Each session closes on the date shown on the form. Pearson charges late fees after its own deadline, so register early, and earlier still for sitting from home, where entries close sooner.

Registration Is Not the Same as Course Enrolment

Registering for exams does not enrol a student on a taught iBOS course. Admissions can explain the route when both teaching and examinations are needed.

Per paper, not per subject

What a paper costs.

The price depends on where the student sits. The Exams Office confirms the total on the invoice.
