1. Prepare for the Family Interview

Review the programme, UK-time school day and published fees. Have the pupil’s age, current year group, location, intended start date and recent education ready.

2. Attend the Online Family Interview
A parent or guardian and the prospective pupil meet a member of the Senior Leadership Team online. The conversation covers educational history, goals, year group, timetable, support needs and whether iBOS is the right fit.
Use the family interview to discuss the support a pupil may need to succeed.
3. Complete the Secure Application
After the suitability conversation, Admissions shares the approved secure route for pupil and parent details, educational evidence and relevant support information.
4. Receive the Decision and Begin Onboarding
If a place is offered, the family receives enrolment documents, confirmed fee information and next actions. Before the agreed start date, the school provides contacts, platform access and the pupil’s timetable.
