Farshad Mohammadi has previously worked in several high-achieving and successful schools as a Senior Leader, Consultant, Inspector, Deputy Headteacher, and Headteacher in both the United Kingdom and the Middle East; he has also once worked as a senior adviser to a minister for education in the UK. Farshad started his career as a main scale teacher holding an Advanced Skill Teacher (AST) qualification, which only an elite number of teachers in the UK obtain. He then progressed to becoming second in charge and then soon the head of the department. Farshad is passionate about education and helping students achieve their academic best. With a keen eye for detail, diligence and outstanding leadership, Farshad is determined to offer his students unwavering and lasting support towards their studies and future career goals.

Faizal Jaumbocus is exceptionally proud to be the Vice-Principal at the International British Online School and to help lead the School as the premier School internationally within an online context. Having been Vice Principal at iBOS since its beginnings Faizal has developed a strong sense of pride and satisfaction at the extraordinary achievements students have already achieved and genuine excitement for the great things that are to come.

Seema is a dynamic and experienced educator and leader with over 11 Years of teaching experience in UK curriculum schools, both in the public and private sectors. Seema is leading the Primary education at iBOS together with a team of talented and passionate educators. Seema was born and raised in London and worked in some of London’s most renowned schools. In the past two years, Seema has been leading a school in Dubai as the Head of Primary. She moved to Dubai to learn about the private school sector, take on a new challenge and flourish in her career. Her commitment is to collaborate with parents and faculty to provide an incredible learning environment and opportunities for our students at iBOS. She believes that every child learns when they are healthy, safe, engaged, supported and challenged on a daily basis.

Warwick Jasper is an experienced school leader with an outstanding track record of achievement and success. He also has a Masters in Educational Leadership. Warwick has worked in numerous senior roles and led on school improvement. Warwick has worked in various high-achieving schools across London and the UK as a senior manager, head of department, and head of house. Warwick is passionate about strong pedagogy and ensuring staff give their best for the students. In his free time, Warwick enjoys hiking, playing golf and is a keen swimmer.

Andrew is a vastly experienced and qualified teacher and school leader who has worked both here in the UK and further afield for the past 12 years. He believes in agency-led education, whereby we build the resilience and confidence of students in their own ideas and allow them to explore their world through a critical and progressive lens. His background is in The Social Sciences and Philosophy, where he completed his first degree at Manchester University. He has since studied at, and through, Liverpool Hope, Cumbria University, Queen Mary’s and UCL - Institute of Education, as well as other qualifications through international accreditation bodies. His professional career has seen him working in various London schools, with very positive results and outcomes. His previous role was at Khartoum International Community School, where he was Head of Secondary in a thriving, multicultural and student-centred faculty. He is passionate for the students to look at the world, understand it, and, more importantly, know they have the power to change it.
